MYSQL SERVER down FOR more than 10 hours !!!

It is incredible, yesterday MySQL server at discountasp was down for more than 10 hours !!!!! , I question myself where is the contingency plan ??? and this is one of the best asp.net hosting sites ?

My web site customers want to kill me !! obviously i am about to loose many of them !!
