I have a critical an quite large stored procedure that was overwritten and I have no copies of it locally. I've entered a ticket, but I'm wondering if there is anything i can do on my end to speed up the process?

do you know if they back up the stored procedures and how long this recovery usually takes?

all database object should be backed up.

we usually respond to request within several business hour.
