the 'Copy Web Site' is very slow

    copying my web site from local to the server is taking hours to complete. Even with one page with changes takes 3 hours. Is their some settings or something to speed this up

    VisualStudio.net is not very efficient at this. I use FTP for my sites (and not the vs.net FTP).
