Here's my take (usability freak).

The menu options could stand out a little more on the left. Gray usually means inactive so you might go with another color for the menu. At least a lighter gray.

The "Delaware's Premiere Party Band" title also seems to blend in a little with the background. It would be better if it stood out where you could read it better.

The listen to our demo box might also look better if it was aligned with the band title above and other title to the left.

Looks great, though! Keep it simple!

I went back and took a look at that, still like it. . .Simple and clean, easy to navigate and follow.
