How do I set up a default web page for my web site?

Upload a file with the filenames in this knowledge base article: http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10128

Note that if you have two files, the list on the article also lists the files in terms of ranking as well. So whichever filename is higher on the ranking will be what is shown.
