So the outage over tha last 2 hours, was it servers on your end or connections going to your servers? I couldn't even get to your main site.
We experienced a network outage today from 10:50 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. Pacific time. During this time all DiscountASP.NET services and hosted sites were unavailable. No data was at risk and no email should have been lost during the outage. The servers were all operational during this time, but traffic to the network was interrupted.
Our network utilizes an enterprise-level intrusion prevention system called TippingPoint that is expected to open itself up and allow all traffic through in the event of a failure. That did not occur this morning, and all incoming traffic was terminated at the TippingPoint box. The expected failsafe is not something we could test prior to deployment since it is not possible for us to simulate a failure of the system. We are currently working with the vendor to determine why TippingPoint did not perform as expected.

Thanks for the update. Knew something weird happened, as you guys have had superior uptime in my years as a customer.
