I don't get any pop up ads or warnings either, which could suggest that you have a virus/spyware/adware on your computer. Try hitting the site from a different computer and see if you still see the pop up ad.

iLead.track.advertisement pops up when you have a webstats4u counter in your site. Previously when it was named Nedstat, they didn't gave you any popups, but about a year ago they changed their name and policy. It seems however that you will get the popup only once per session.
