What do you mean by "trouble viewing"? If you mean that you don't see any content when you first open the chm file, then we did have this note in the original post:

NOTE: When you open the chm file, there is no content on the right pane. Click on "DiscountASP.NET Namespace"in the left pane to view the content.

Yeah.. The help file is created with SandCastle which is a productwhich MSFT bought sometime earlier this year. It is currently offer as beta, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E82EA71D-DA89-42EE-A715-696E3A4873B2&displaylang=en

We tried to figure out how to populate the Frontpage but could notfigure out how to do that.
