Nothin good for free but you can get one on http://www.dotnetbb.com/
I found one for free on http://www.codetoad.com/asp.net_forum.asp,but I believe it may have some bugs.

Yeah,DNN has a forum module ,which you can install/add,once you have your DNN installed.
