FTP login?

I signed upfor IIS 7.0 Beta Hosting, but when trying to login with FTP, there's a message


No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.


How should I connect to upload files otherwise?

There was a configuration error on the FTP server. It should be fixed now.
