Thinking of switching to this host

I've been having problems lately with other hosting site, and a friend recommended this site to me. I was just wanting to get some feedback as to what folks think of this company and how hard is it going to be to switch companies?

How difficult the switch will be depends on how complicated your site is. Having said that, we take in several refugees from other hosts every day, and most people have a pretty smooth transition.
