Domain Transfer

Hello All,

I have having a deal of a time. I am trying to transfer a Domain that I own, but I am getting no response from the Domain Registar. I e-mailed the form with the proper documentation two weeks ago, and no response. Last night I faxed it to them, and and I have still yet to hear from this company. This company used to host my site, if you can call it that, as it was down more than up.

Is there anyone I can report the company's poor business practices to, and is there a back door method that I can move my registration with them being involved?

If I have to start over with a new Domain, can it be applied to the space I have here at Discount ASP, or do I have to get a whole new contract?

Most likely the previous host was a reseller for a Domain Registrar. Do a whois lookup (http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10123) and see who the real Domain Registrar is and contact them about your options.
