If you are using VB6, you'll need to use the HTTP Post/Get methods to call the web service.

It will be much easier if you are using VS.NET 2003 and up because they have integrated web services support.

I'm using VB6, I would like to use the API to develop an application to create an e-mail account. Are there any dll file that has to be download it and registed before start using the API??
