I tried Chromlesswindow but it creats problem in low resolution and Mozilla ...Please help me

You will have to use javascript to pop open a full screen window. This article contains some code that might work for you...

You might want to reconsider that approach, unless you have a very specific target audience that is expecting the browser behavior. Most people do not react favorably to that sort of browser resizing or "hijacking," especially if you take away their ability to click a back button to bail out of it.
