Slowwww email

Over the last week, email has been incredibly slow via webmail. Is something wrong with the server? Does this have anything to do with the new mail client you are installing? Just now I tried to log in and gave up after 2 minutes.

Also on my Outlook pc I have not been able to download any mail for the last 2 days.... Server error. What's up?

I am not aware of any issue on our server.

It is difficult for us to troubleshoot the problem over the forum, please create a support ticket if problem persists.
