I don't understand. Do you mean the IIS Manager? That only lets me set Custom Error Pages, Directory Browsing, and Default Documents. Or do you mean the Web Application Tool?

Do I need to upload the Community Starter Kit into my wepspace and than configure it as an application?

Sorry for the confusion

If you do not already have the community startkit installed on your site, we can install that for you for free. Please create a support ticket.

Once you have the community starter kit installed, you can use the ISPAdmin (an admin interface within the Community starter kit) to create multiple communities.

I've tried the ISPAdmin page w/o success. Its asking several questions about subdomains etc. that I'm not sure what the right answers are within the context of how things are setup at discountasp. An example would really be helpful. For instance, lets assume that I have my primary community setup as mycommunity.com. What I'd like to do is setup a second community (call it test.mycommunity.com) that I could use as a test sandbox to try out techniques prior to actually implementing them in my live community.
So what I'm looking for are what needs to be done to get this setup. Does a new CNAME record need to be created for "test.mycommunity.com", and if so, who needs to create that, and then what entries need to be made in the subdomain fields on the ISPAdmin pages, and lastly, what are the steps to populate this test domain with the sample site?

Any advise GREATLY appreciated.

I think you need the unlimited subdomain addon.

it'll resolve *.yourdomain.com to your site. csk should read the http header and determine which community to display
