Web site intermittent

    My web site - www.csi-epbb.com - is only available intermittently. Actually, it looks like all of discountasp.net is having problems. I can't seem to get any answers via the e-mail or control panel support channels and you don't provide any phone support! Do you have an estimate on when the problem will be resolved? I have customers who are anxious for info. Anything you could pass along would be appreciated.
