  1. I created a help ticket but I need to vent a bit.

    Twice in the last 2-3 weeks I've arrived at work and went on the Internet to the site that I pay for, to download files that I need for work that are stored there, and it's down. AGAIN.

    I turn in a tech support ticket and get a reply "Well, it's fine here..." I go back and it's back up.

    Nobody ever tells me why I couldn't access my site. "Well, it's fine here..."

    Now today I can't ftp, my website won't load, I cannot ping my own domain name. This is unnacceptable.

    This is business hosting. If you cannot supply a telephone number for IMMEDIATE tech support then I cannot trust your server to store my business files.

    I'm really pissed off right now since I'm on vacation this week and cannot post files that I need to post for someone at my job to download. They're too big to email.

    WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING FOR?
     
  2. Ok here's the deal.


    1. My domain name was set to expire on June 6.


    2. I made the renewal payment on time.


    3. Something got screwed up with Yahoo Domain services, they deactivated it.


    Note: I would register directly through you guys but your price is too high compared to the 9.95 I pay with Yahoo.


    4. It's back on now.


    5. I apologize to DiscountASP... not their fault.
