video file format conversion

    Can anyone suggest a fully .Net compliant component for converting video file formats on the fly? Specifically, I want people to be able to submit video from their cell phone (.3gp format), and then I need to programatically convert that format to other formats for display on the web, that is, AVI, MP4, MOV, WMV, MPEG, FLV, Real Video, etc.


    The conversion solution cannot require a .exe file on the server because discountasp.net does not allowcopying executables to their hosted account servers.

    All suggestions are welcome...
