Sorry if this isn't exactly related to smartermail, as I don't believe our account is using it. we signed up before the change. What I am trying to find out is whether or not there is a folder to collect spam. In our past mail server system we were able to go there to make sure that all of it was legitmate spam. However I cannot find any reference to this on the DiscountASP mail system. Anybody know whether this is possible?

If you are on our legacy mail system, there is no spam folder. All mail considered as spam is rejected.


You may want to consider migrating to SmarterMail. If you want to proceed, simply create a support ticket.
