I opted in to the smartermail migration last night thinking I'd have a few days to save out all my old messages and when I went to log in this morning, SmarterMail was already in place. The real problem however is that it is not accepting my login. I have tried multiple accounts with the same "username and password do not match" error. I submitted a helpdesk ticket but haven't heard anything in the last few hours. Has anyone else had problems logging in?

The helpdesk got back to me. The POP passwords are not carried over when they set you up on SmarterMail so they use a default password that matches the password on your control panel login. I was able to go back to the control panel and Email Management and set the passwords back to what they should be. Hope this helps others out.
