cant connect to email server since migrating

How long does it take to have the DNS changed to the new addresses? I opted in to the change, I have went back in to the new control panel and reassigned the passwords, but still can not connect. Error says :conncection to the server was interupted. I am able to connect to the webmail, but have not received any mail yet to check it.

I see that others are having the sames problem, so I assume that it is a DNS issue.

If you are using our DNS, the cache should expire within an hour.

If you still have problem, create a support ticket.
