  1. Please ignore my previous post...

I was told by support that SmarterMail uses greylisting. That explains the new lack of spam. However, the greylist seems to stymie Yahoo. I don't get any e-mail from people with Yahoo addresses. I just tried creating a new account and sending myself a message and after an hour still haven't got it. Is this something your e-mail team can take a look at? Yahoo's e-mail sucks, but alot of people use it so it would be nice to be able to receive a message from them.

    Thanks!

With Greylisting. Email will be delayed for about 15 - 30 minutes. It should arrive fine.

I tested sending an email from yahoo tomy test account, it arrives.

  3. I've also sent test e-mail from a Yahoo account. My test e-mail never arrived (and it's been several hours now) and I'm losing random e-mails that other people send to me from Yahoo. I think it's their problem though, because I also sent a test e-mail to another account I have with a totally different provider that also greylists and it never got through either. I've sent an e-mail to Yahoo to try to resolve it that way.
