Error- "Updateable Query" ???

I don't know why I'm getting this error--
the code works fine on a different server.
I've checked the database file permissions
using ls -l in an ftp window, and all looks ok.

Operation must use an updateable query.

The regular view-queries work fine.
The database file is located in the
htdocs directory. Is that a problem?

Support folks solved this one!
I just went to the control panel and deleted the
Front Page Extensions option,
since I'm not using Studio to update
or anything, turns out I don't need FP extensions.

I just FTP to upload.
