MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queing) - Installed?

    I'd like to have the ability to use MSMQ to send myself a message when events happen on my web site. Currently trying to do from a simple test webservice I get an error indicating "Messaging is not installed on this computer". Any ideas or hope?

    Can MSMQ be used from DiscountASP to access a queue outside of DiscountASP
