Changing the bgcolor hexidecimal codes.

I am attempting to correct a problem showing alternating colors on the catagory listing page of a site. When I change the hex code from #000000 to #CC0000, nothing happens. i am editing the site using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and have the FrontPage Extensions turned on. I don't understand what is going wrong. Any advice?

Do you mean after you changed your page and uploaded it to the server, it doesn't show up?


Did you do "view source" on your browser and see if the changesare there?

I opened the page in VSE, I found the style page and made the color change. I then saved the changes and closed the site page. The changes never appear on the site. Now if I am supposed to 'upload' the changes, how to I do that, as there is no command in the program that I can find to upload.
