Richtext box in vs.net

I am unable to add a refence properly so I can build my project. How do I add a reference to it so it can compile. I tried downloading it and adding from my machine,but then it loads it on the server and there is a 2 references.

Some people are complaining that RTB is not installed into the GAC. You can do that by dragging the rtb dll into the c:\windows\assembly directory
