Is it possible to be notified on a cell phone when someone sends an email from a web page?

Not from the mail system itself.

Some cellphone providers allows you to send email to the phone via text message (by sending to something like 2135551212@att.netor something. If your cell phone provider supports this, you can simply send a copy of the email to the cell phone provider's email addr.
