My email was working fine until the migration. I only have one email account there. Now I can't log in to SmartMail OR control panel to get at it from there. Please help as my mail has now been down for an entire day. Domain= DevPrime.com.

As Bruce recommend running a trace-route may help...
I'm using Outlook 2007 with SmarterMail, and the Sync tool, fast and reliable, daily.

Run traceroute for what? I'm not even trying to download the messages to Outlook right now. I'm going through the web interface, which comes up fine. However, it won't let me log in at all. I also tried going in through control panel, but control panel won't even recognize my user name! I can't even reset my main account password because it won't recognize my main account. I don't think this is an IProuting problem...
My account login appears to be completely MIA

I am able to log in to your Control Panel and SmarterMail using the username and password on file.
I have resent the welcome letter to your admin email contact, that will contain the username and password information.
