Application Server not installed?

I want to set up my home machine as a ASP.NET host so I can develop on it.
I have Windows 2000 Professional and I just installed MS Developer Studio 2003.
I am trying to get some aspx files to run on localhost under iis. html works fine but not aspx.
Application Server is not installed.
I see no "Configure you Sever" wizard and I do not see "Application Server" listed in
Add/Remove Windows Components.

How do I get Application Server installed so I can run ASP.NET?

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspne t_regiis.exe
