Render File on the server problem

Hi all,

I am trying to render video files of type wmv (i.e WMVideo codec) and MP43 (i.e Mpeg 43 codec) who reside on the discountASP server by implementing DShow Interfaces (i.e IMediaDet, IMediaPosition, IGraphBuilder and IBasicVideo) via a dll on the discountASP server but with no use. mad

I tried the same functions and interfaces on video file of type Mpeg1 codec it works fine. lol

Has any one an idea? Is it an issue of codecs? I suppose that the discountASP server has all necessary video codecs.

Our servers are standard Windows 2003 server. If the codec is part of the Windows installation, it is there. no 3rd party codecs have been installed on our server.
