Looking to hire someone to install WordPress.org

Is there someone out there who can successfully install WordPress.org on an existing site hosted here at discountasp.net?

Requirements:

* must be able to provide at least one example of a blog they have installed here at discountasp.net
* must be able to install the blog at www.mysite.com/blog
* must be able to walk me through the process via skype or conference call
* must be proficient in English to discuss this on the phone
