I signed up a client who has there own exchange server and setup the MX record appropriately.
As soon as the account was activated I alwats get a bounce from System Admin that the user doesn't exist.
Support has tried, but cant figure it out.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
I don't really want to set up forwards for every user as this would be a maintenance nightmare.
