Run some Silverlight tests, best streaming I've seen yet from a shared host.http://silverlight.net/Learn/

You need some sort of service to do that.I have tried the Silverlight live video streaming(here: http://community.discountasp.net/default.aspx?f=29&m=19470) and works great.I am sure you will be able to stream audio too using their live streaming service.
