Open databases DB_*

I'm a new user and i need some help. Using Query Analyser, i can see other databases, like DB_14975, DB_22471, etc, Northwind as well. Does it mean they (DB_*) are not password protected or they are samples only.

I havent purchased any SQL Server space here, but if i had to guess, if you were to execute a query on any of those databases, it would return a message saying you dont have access. I know that when using enterprise managers the users can see all databases on the SQL Server instance but they cant view them.
