Deleting .svn folders

I don't think FTP will allow you to remove any files that starts w/ a '.'

Contact support and we'll delete it on the server.

In my haste, I accidentally FTP'ed over my .svn folders and now I can't seem to figure out a way to delete them. I don't even see them in my ftp browser, but if I do a 'cd .svn' I can navigate inside them (I've cleared everything out of them and still can't seem to delete the folders).

Example:
TestFolder/.svn

I want to delete TestFolder, but since it is nonempty I can't. I can't see the .svn folder in my windows explorer while FTPing to my site so I can't seem to delete the .svn folder either.
