Can someone recommend a good web-design company that I can use to create a professional website. I have some specific architecture requirements.

1.Help designing logo and providing stock pictures that create a consistent aesthetic look-&-feel? I don?t have those talents.</o:p>
2. Architecture. I would like to drive the e-Commerce content through .xml (content), .xls(translation and HTML tagging) and .css(for web-styling). I have these restrictions as I wish to automate as much as possible around the maintenance of my website.</o:p>
a. I will also wish to have my pages designed using ASP.NET.
3.Would like to integrate withNetSuite and PayPal?
4.Will want tocapture post-sales customer information from PayPal?
5. help with SOE on googleand others.
