Simple edit of website

Hello,

We have awebsite set up by a former employee some time ago with whom we have no contact.
We need to make a simple edit. We just need to change the contact information, address and phone number. Is there a simple way to do that?
It appears that FrontPage was used to design the website, how can I know for sure?
If FrontPage was used, do we have to use FrontPage to make the simple edit?

If this is for a DiscountASP.NET account and you have the login info for the accounts Control Panel...

Thank you so much for your kind offer. I found some help locally. It turns out that the web site was developed using Front Page and the address is a .gif file. So, I think I have it handled. Thanks again.
