331 Password required for konectonati.


Command: PASS ***********


Response: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.


Error: Could not connect to server





I have the correct password,I contacted my websdesigner hes says the problem must be on discounts side.


Pleas help</DIR></DIR></DIR></DIR>

Log into your Control Panel and double check your settings.
If you migrated from 2003 to 2008 there are slight changes.
For example, look for a pipe "|".

I am a little unclear on the pipe thing can you expound?

Sure...
Log into your Control Panel, then click on the Account Info link.
Look at your FTP username, it should now contain a Pipe command where it didn't before.
For example, if mine was 1234567msftwisecom on Windows Server 2003 it is now 1234567|msftwisecom on 2008.
On some keyboards the pipe command "|" is on the same key as the backslash. "\"
