URL Rewrite without Extension

Can we do this easily with IIS7?

I know you can do this in IIS6 but have to set a wild card for a ISAPI filter.

You can set up wildcard w/ IIS7 too.

Do I have to install this on the server or do you? Or is it a web.config option?

You can configure it using the IIS7 Manager program under Handler Mappings.

is it possible to have a step by step guide on how to do this? I can guess this is going to be asked a lot and couldn't find out what I was supposed to do when I got to the handler mappings page in iis7 manager.
