  1. Just logged into SmarterMail via Firefox to check out the new version and noticed the menu bar across the top and the folder list on the right hand side missing. I checked the site in IE and there were no issues. Here's a screen shot to illustrate the problem: (IE on top FF on the bottom).

anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

    thanks

FYI, all the Smarter Tools applications aredeveloped in and for Mozilla, so if anything they should perform better in Firefox than IE.

Not sure what happened in your case, the image is currently unavailable.

  4. A lot of the time, stuff like this can be filed under "stuff happens". Strange one-time glitches can cause some of the HTML or JavaScript to not be downloaded to or read correctly by the browser, causing parts of the page to disappear or show up in wierd places. If a page refresh makes it go away, it was probably just a temporary hiccup. IE tends to have these more than FireFox, but it happens everywhere on occasion.
