Control Api Could not be seen

I get this hosting about 3 week before but i could not use the control panel api although there is an api key and sandbox key
I press Update White List button but .i could not see an api.How can I use the Control Panel Api?:(

Can you post the error that you're getting? Just to verify, you are connecting to https://api.discountasp.net/1.0/customerapi.asmx, right?
