I would like to use either Helicon Tech's ISAPI Rewrite or Ionic's ISAPI Rewrite. I am pretty sure this is possible but I just wanted to verify that this is possible using Windows Server 2008/IIS 7.0 with discountasp.net?

Those are not supported because the ISAPI needs to be installed on the servers. I believe Microsoft will release a URL rewrite module for IIS7 soon, so I recommend just waiting for that. We will most likely support that when it comes out.

The MS Rewrite module is out http://learn.iis.net/page.aspx/460/using-url-rewrite-module/. It does not seem tobe extensible, but it seems that it will meet the needs of most users.

It's out, yes, but itis still in beta (CTP1). Per our usual practice, we will not be implementing it until we can test the official, ready-for-prime-timerelease.
