Make SSMS only show my db

Is there any way you guys can implement a strategy like this so that when I connect via SQL Server Management Studio, I only see my DB and I don't have to scroll through the 100s of other DBs looking for mine?

we are closing in on implementing this on SQL 2008. If it works fine, we'll eventually do that on SQL 2k5.
