Connect to a DB in SQL Server 2008
Right-click on the DB name.
Choose Reports...Standard Reports
Now from the list choose Disk Usage by Top Tables.
I used the Adventure Works DB for this report, the sort of DB you'd need a report like this.
Attached is a PDF file that was generated by the DASP beta SQL Server 2008 server.
