You can install the SQL Server 2008 Express product:

Or any version of SQL Server 2008 RC0:

The Express product will not timeout but the full versionsare currently Evaluation versions and will timeout.

I'll be publishing videos for each step of installing and using SQL Server 2008 soon. (Big job as you can imagine.)
