Im starting on DiscountASP hosting, but get error accesing index.ntm default page

Hi everybody,

My domain was rent with other provider domain,it was hosted by other hosting provider before i rent the DiscountASP hosting . Now i changed inside my control panel domain the DNS Servers pointing to DiscountASP DNS server, but when i type the url on my browser i get the old site hosted on old hosting provider. Then i entered in my DiscountASP control panel for see the ip address assigned to my domian name to type this ip address in my browser but i get a page with the following error:

Web Page Unavailable
We're sorry, the web page you are trying to reach is unavailable.

Please contact the website adminstrator.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

What can i do to fix this??
