Uploading to webserver

Where can I find a simple example of uploading via C#, asp.net? Id like to have users be able to upload jpgs or gifs to the site. Is this functionality supported by discountasp.net?

Also, anyone know who the lowest cost credit card co is for webs? Verisign is pretty steep for someone just getting started.

ASP.net have built in function for file uploading and it is supported on our server.

I would recommend Authorize.net for CC processing.
