SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services

I looked through the KB but didn't see anything. Is "SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services" available?

Mark,

No. SQL reporting service is not available.

We've been testing it and using it internally but we have yet to figure out a way to offer it as a shared service. Reporting service is designed for enterprise reporting purpose, it is not as simple as installing it and offer it in a shared environment.

The biggest concern we have is security, in a shared env., we have to make sure one customer cannot access other's data or information.

In addition, we are also trying to figure out how we can allow secure access to the box.

No immediate plan for this product. If we offer it, it will be in the 3rd quarter at the earliest.
