Move Domain Pointer From One Account to Another

I have a domain name registered elsewhere pointing to one of my DiscountAsp accounts. I'd like it to point to another of my accounts. I can't add it to that account - an error message says it's already pointing to a DiscountAsp account. But I don't see how to remove it from where it is.

Contact our Billing Department to drop the Root Domain Pointer addon from the current account. After is is cancelled, then you can add it to the other account.
